Yesterday when my wife stepped on the scale she gained five pounds
since the morning. So far she weighed herself three times today,
because I insisted it is water weight, but it isn't going away.

She was religously following the diet I layed out for her and keeping
below 20 carbs on continued induction until she got sick. Since then,
she has hardly been able to eat anything, and had less than 5 carbs a
day. Now that she is flustraited enough that she said she wasn't going
    to do Atkins anymore.

I finally got her to agree to continue for one more month, provided I
make all the meals and if she isn't 11 pounds lighter I will never
again try to convince her to do a low carb diet plan.

So the question is how do I get her to lose that water weight quickly
leaving just six more pounds for the month?

    Atkins since April 14th, 2005

If she was truly eating induction levels, then almost nothing, it's not
    water weight, probably.

I gained on Atkins induction levels, and it seems to have permanently
screwed up my metabolism; my T3 hormone had been borderline til
induction dropped it off the chart.
