because I insisted it is water weight, but it isn't going away. She was religously following the diet I layed out for her and keeping
below 20 carbs on continued induction until she got sick. Since then,
she has hardly been able to eat anything, and had less than 5 carbs a
day. Now that she is flustraited enough that she said she wasn't going
to do Atkins anymore.I finally got her to agree to continue for one more month, provided I
make all the meals and if she isn't 11 pounds lighter I will never
again try to convince her to do a low carb diet plan.So the question is how do I get her to lose that water weight quickly
leaving just six more pounds for the month?--

If she was truly eating induction levels, then almost nothing, it's not
water weight, probably.
I gained on Atkins induction levels, and it seems to have permanently
screwed up my metabolism; my T3 hormone had been borderline til
induction dropped it off the chart.
