    Dear Bicycle Lovers,
I am looking for a Stucchi frame from Italy. I love these frames so much
and I know that still some of them are existing. I would be happy if
somebody could give me a hint whre I can buy one. I had one 20 years ago
but it broke in an accident, so now I want to renes this old love !
    hoping to receive good news
    alexander from germany

    Alexander,

I own a Stucchi bicycle that was purchased new in 1960. It was probably
one of the last production Stucchis, since they closed down about that
time. I bought it from a friend in 1964.

The bicycle is 54cm, chromed, it was all Campagnolo (derailleurs, hubs,
levers, pedals, cranks) , but over time I have replaced the rear
derailleur and pedals ( I still have the pedals and the original Gran
Sport derailleur). Brakes are Mafac centerpull rear, seat is Ideale.
Fiamme rims, tubular tires. I still ride it.

I know this message was posted some months ago but if you see it I might
be interested in selling the bicycle. I'm not sure about that yet. I've
owned the bike for 40 years.

    Mike
