Hi this is my first time here.
how to get rid of stomach gas.
also when I am sitting in a close room with alots of people I feel
congestion. i.e in class room or in bus. Is the stomach gas
    responsible for this or what.
    thank you

    Hi there MIA,

Sounds to me like you suffering with stress. Stress can upset the
intestinal tract and bowl, causing either constipation or diarrhoea.
If you get discomfort on being in a room full of people, this is indicative
of stress, as you feel self-conscious or maybe claustrophobic.
Please consult your doctor on your digestive problem, rule out a physical
condition first. If you get the all clear, consider a change in diet (it
may be a particular food that is aggravating the condition) and get some
form of counselling or yoga into your life - controlled breathing is a good
    way of de-stressing yourself.
If you know an aromatherapist near you, perhaps a massage would benefit your
    stressed out feelings.

    Tracy.
