    Blue Strawbery (I think that's how they spelled it), a nice
    restaurant in NH, which has been defunct for many years AFAIK, had
    a signature dessert of strawberries, which you dipped into sour
    cream and then brown sugar. Very yummy. Of course, you have to
    be able to get strawberries that tastes like something other than
    cardboard.
