thanks anders, appreciate the ackowledgement. gorgeous morning in new york city and it was great to see the indeed historically great Grete Waitz as she battles cancer. this 1/2Marathon is named after her and indeed the centerpiece of the Norwegian Festival.
the 1:27:13 bettered my Spring PR by a minute and a half. what went wrong?...still heavier than i hoped to be on Oct. 2....this is what i'm looking like lately.
