    It's not, although there's plenty of space inised to add one. See my
    website for a complete dissection and review http://www.ajjrice.plus.com
    which even shows that it could have been regulated for only a few extra
    pennies. It's still a good light though. It would actually be FAR better
    to only use it with NiMH batteries for reasons discussed in my review.
