    I have received a concerned and informative reply from Kevin Mayne at the
    CTC sent also to T. A. Panther in response to the emails sent regarding this
    incident.
    The CTC are obviously working hard against public and official apathy to
    incidents of this kind and Kevin Mayne states that any member experiencing
    difficulty with an enquiry can go to him directly.
