Quoted message said:I'm a heavy runner (weight fluctuates between 195-205) with high
arches. Mileage varies from short (5k) to long (20k), but I do about
15 miles a week, mostly on pavement/sidewalks. I've been running with
Asics 2100 series for the last two years with pretty good results, but
lately I'm starting to have lower back pain after running (may or may
not be related - I sit in a cubicle for a living). Any recommendations
on a good running shoe for a heavy runner with high arches? Thanks in advance,
Slotman
If you're sure you need a neutral shoe (no significant overpronation), then
Asic Nimbus, Saucony Triumph, New Balance 1061, and Mizuno Wave Creation
would all be good to try on.
