What is the low ambient temperature when shirtless running becomes
unadvisable? I find that whenever I run in a shirt for, say, 1:20, I
get problems like chafed nipples. So, for now, I run without a
shirt. But the weather is getting colder.

Obviously, if it gets too cold to run comfortably without a shirt, I
will try something else, but is it dangerous to run without a shirt in
cold weather even if I feel warm enough? Can I become frostbitten
    without noticing?

Usually I only take my shirt off in a longer race or longer training run if
the temp is over 55-60f and the extra cooling is necessary. If its windy
its not a great idea if the temp is under 60f IMO. Vaseline words fine if
you don't want to get bodyglide.
