I have looked at the Sharpnaker but I am a bit worried about keeping
the angle. I have a twin ceramic stick sharpener and all I have to do,
supposingly, is to keep the blade absolutely vertical and slice
downwards. Never gotten very good results from that.

How do I keep the angle on the Sharpmaker? Or am i just over worrying
    about the angle?

No, your concerns are real. If you aren't able to use a twin ceramic
stick sharpener well, then a Sharpmaker is NOT for you! You will be
better served with the DMT Aligner or the GATCO system. Both work in the
same fashion, and will maintain a perfect angle ( a necessity for a good
    edge ) for you.

There are many different clamp type devices on the market, and I have
most of them in my closet. By far the easiest to use are the two
mentioned above. Another choice would be the RazorEdge system. That may
even be easier as there is almost no adjustment to the angle 'for the
    average user.'

    Say Hey Stevie:

Why not just reach in your closet and send the poor bugger one via
EMS. Get into the holiday spirit. Can't stay a cheapy Charlie all your

It must really suck to be you. No one ever responds to you. With
    good reason, it would seem.

    Say Hey Ste....er....Howie:

I receive the impression from you that I am not living up to your
expectations. I don't expect you to live up to mine. BTW - Are you in
contact with Justin or any other Stevies sock puppets?
