Tone's vanilla extract is about $6.50 per pint at Sam's. It was over $20 last year. I'm talking about real vanilla, not imitation. HTH :-)

I'm a newby to this group--found it by doing a search on Tone vanilla, which is my personal favorite. It's one of McCormick's products, but I prefer it to all the other pure extracts I've found so far (including McCormick's). I used to buy it at BJs, but they no longer carry it.
I'll have to keep an eye on this thread to see what other pure vanilla flavorings people determine to be tasty. I'm really picky. I agree that it develops a better flavor when it's been around a while.
