Really cool! I had a similar nature experience where a bald eagle was
watching me ride (or, he was watching the fish flop around in the
river). He couldn't have been more than 20ft away. Unfortunately,
there wasn't anybody around to take a photo. I'm pretty sure I shouted
out "Did you see that!!!!", but I was riding solo at the time.
I think I'm experiencing Nova Scotia withdrawl.
