All in moderation of course ;-) Take care of yourself. Crashes happen. Try to figure out why it happened and don't do that again!
that's the annoying thing. i've gone over it a zillion times, and i stll don't know wwhat i could have done to prevent it. the spot certainly didn't look treacherous. i hate not being able to pull a lesson out of this one, but it seems that's just the way this cookie crumbled.
