  1. Contact recumbent central. A bike shop on 7th and Dunlop. They have a ride on
    Saturday mornings and thurs evenings.

    Phoenix is full of bike paths. My favorite is the Scottsdale wash. It runs from
    the Tempe lake to Shea and 90th. It even has path side restaurants to stop for
    wine. Or single malt if you are on a low carb diet. ha ha

    i have to agree, i ride this trail every weekend, very few roads to
    cross in a 40 mile route. there are plenty of bents in Phoenix.
    Lookup BRAG in yahoo groups and you will find many here. JB
    I am going to be in MN in June and planning on doing the Redwing to
    Cannon Falls trail. any advice?
