    Nonsense on the burning more fat if you train while hungry. You burn what
    you burn and you eat what you eat. If you burn more than you eat (calorie
    wise), you'll burn fat.

    My suggestion: if you're hungry, eat a very light meal. Then ride. Then eat
    a bit more after you finish.
