When I get home later I'll see what sort of nifty rebound I get from
rehydrating. Still not quite pissing clear yet.......

You should try some 1RM to see how it affected your strength. What's
your neck size and what is that neck/waist ratio?

ha!! neat idea. I'll do it for fun although I am not well rested at all
which is likely a bigger anti-strength factor than hydration. I had to
wake up at 4 this morning and only got a couple of hours of sleep.

Here is a little calculator that someone put up that shows you what the
calculation that they actually use is.

I have heard some pretty fierce criticism of this method. It has been
this way for a very long time so whatever criticism over this method has
received hasn't changed a damn thing.

You may be deluding yourself into thinking that you're not fat (especially
if your idea of a good way to "break fast" is to slam down pizza and onion
    rings - LOL)..

The DoD formula for estimating body fat percentage has quite a bit of good
    science behind it (see
    http://www.mwr.navy.mil/mwrprgms/fitness/devbodycomp.pdf). It should be
reasonably accurate for most adults of military age.

Of course, all estimates of body fat are just that...estimates. Have you
had your body fat measured using any other test protocols (e.g., bioelectric
impedance, skin calipers, dunk tank)? If so, were those results
substantially different from the military's circumference method?
