What is a good recipe for turkey breast, that won't be dry and bland? I have an oven and a crockpot, which I assume are the usual ways to prepare turkey breast. thanks.
Drape the breast in cheesecloth soaked in a combo of melted butter, chicken broth and white wine. Make sure to keep the cheesecloth moist. 20 minutes before the breast should be done, remove the cheesecloth so the breast can brown.
