The studies are:
Annand JC (1971) "The case against milk protein." Atherosclerosis, vol. 13,
p. 137.
Annand JC (1972) "Further evidence in the case against heated milk protein." Atherosclerosis, vol.
15, no. 1 (Jan.), pp. 129-133.
Annand JC (1986) "Denatured bovine immunoglobulin pathogenic in atherosclerosis." Atherosclerosis,
vol. 59, no. 3 (Mar.), pp. 347-351.
Anand looks at the epidemiological evidence but also provides a reasonable physiological mechanism,
especially in light of more recent studies implicating inflammation/free radical damage to be at the
heart (pardon the pun) of "chronic diseases" such as CHD.

as studies from around 1970 indicate.
What studies?"
