to get the net carbs? I am looking at the USDA National Nutrient

sucrose, .10 glucose, .o6 fructose, .06 lactose, .06 maltose and .06
galactose. Are any of those subtracted from the actual carbs that they
listed by difference?Any help would be appreciated and thanks for your responses in

I'm not sure you are supposed to subtract fiber in Atkins. I know you
do in Protein Power. But I have an older version of the Atkins books so
maybe he allows it now. To play it safe you can just forget about
subtracting them.
