those are not very carby. In fact I make a small effort to make
myself eat my carbs, and need no effort to eat meaty stuff. I get no
carb cravings even after running. Is this normal or not. It's not that
I feel it is a problem, but it is a little bit strange to me. Any
ideas?
I believe you had mentioned (on asd) that your guesstimated carb
intake is about 60g/day. You may very well be in ketosis, which can
certainly have a strong appetite suppressing effect -- especially when
it comes to craving carbs in general (IME). Wouldn't be surprising at
all considering your fitness and activity level. If I don't get at
least 80g carb/day, my tendency is to go right into ketosis.
Especially on lift or cardio days. YMMV and all that.
Plus, your blood sugars are likely much more stable now. In addition,
you've become more used to your dietary modifications over time and
your tastes have changed. Congratulations on that.
