I am a little bit surprised that after quite a while of low carbing, I still have no carb cravings. I am basically happy to eat meat/fish/eggs all day long. I still eat some vegs, nuts etc, but those are not very carby. In fact I make a small effort to make myself eat my carbs, and need no effort to eat meaty stuff. I get no carb cravings even after running. Is this normal or not. It's not that I feel it is a problem, but it is a little bit strange to me. Any ideas?
I'd say it's normal, especially for a guy. The only times I get carb cravings are before my TOM and if I cheat.

Thanks. I wonder about your comment "especially for a guy", not in the sense of suspecting political incorrectness, but just wondering if it is true that men can live on meat more easily.
I meant men don't get PMS cravings.

Right now I am eating a salad made of little pieces of meat, bacon and sour cream, and it is the tastiest thing in the universe.
