I have a question and I would really appreciate it if you replied to it.
The Sacred heart Diet is low carbs, so I guess it is alright to post it
here. Is this diet any good at all? You are supposed to lose a lot of
weight in a short amount of time and I don't know if it really works.
    please reply.

So how is this diet different from Atkins? You neglected to tell us
that, so it is impossible to make a comparison...or are you just
trolling for us poor little fishies... 🙂

Sacred Heart diet involves a 7 day cycle of foods, where you eat
different things on different days. You get this soup of non-caloric
veggies every day, as much as you want. You get a couple days of lean
beef, you get a day with brown rice and something, you get a day of
fruits, etc. It's kind of all over the place. I suspect that if you
lose 10-17 lbs in the 7 days of the cycle, you are probably losing all
of your excess water. It may be calorically restricted. On certain days
it seems carb restricted (but not really), and we know that it takes a
day or three just to get the ketogenic fire burning, so I don't think
you will actually burn fat for energy on it.

If you are really interested, the original poster, and Peter Marengo
have both posted links to it. I have a little experience (as an
    observer) with it.
