You're an absolute bloody moron if you think this makes any sense at all,
even without the plethora of exclamation points.
Proteins are combinations of amino acids: the amide group has a O=C-N
component, and the acid part is usually O=C-O-H. The simplest is arguably
glycine, H2N-C-COOH.
Fat is a combination of glycerol and fatty acids. The fatty acids are of
varying lengths though stearic acid is often mentioned. (Note that these
acids may be saturated, monounsaturated, or polyunsaturated. Depending on
the chain length and composition the melting points vary.)
Carbohydrates are combinations of carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, and are
usually sugars or starches (polymerized sugars), as used in nutrition
literature.
All of these, of course, are at the chemical level, and furthermore are
organic chemicals (although hydrochloric acid in the human stomach plus
fats and sugars might lead to various mildly interesting chloride
compounds).
By contrast, a proton is an atomic particle, and is a large part of the
hydrogen atom (by mass). The electron completes the hydrogen atom but is
about 1/1837th the mass. Traditionally, the proton is placed at
the center and the electron whirls around it (although in reality
the electron is more like a probability gas).
Neutrons are part of larger atoms -- e.g., Carbon-12 has six of each and
is truly a devilish molecule, if one goes into numerology. (It's also a
very important molecule for humans, as C12 is the dominant carbon isotope.)
I'm not sure what to make of "atom of number 107@98". Atomic number 98 is
the highly radioactive californium; 107 is bohrium (not to be confused
with boron, number 5). Cf251 is the most stable isotope, and has a
half-life of 898 years; Bh264 has a half life of 0.44 seconds. Ag107 as
it turns out is the predominant isotope of silver; Mo98 the predominant
isotope of molybdenum. Neither metal is a significant factor in human
nutrition except for such things as heavy-metal poisoning (iron, zinc,
magnesium, sodium, chlorine, and copper are more important but I'd have to
look for the complete list).
