Alternative medicine advocates frequently try to cast aspersions on the
motives of doctors who debunk them or advocate conventional treatments
by claiming that conventional medicine doctors cannot be objective about
alternative medicine because they have a financial interest in
conventional treatments. You have admitted that you have a financial
interest in selling this "powerful natural herb" (you have a business
that sells these herbs). Moreover, it goes beyond that. You clearly have
an interest in getting OTHER people to sell this "powerful natural
herb," given that you are involved in multilevel marketing.
By the standards alternative medicine advocates subject conventional
doctors and advocates of conventional medicine to, you have no
credibility when you speak on these issues because you have a financial
interest in a particular treatment.
