I know this is really old but the Sun EZ Underseat Pannier Rack will
fit Cycle Genius seats after reaming the mounting holes out a little.
Any bike shop using J & B Importers as a supplier can get you one for
less than $40. Running panniers low like this is the only way to go
for me, as handling is minimally affected by the weight. Enjoy the
ride!
