Thanks for your experience. I have been on this paleo diet for under 2
months, like it so far, but am wondering how people who have been on
    it for years, are doing.

Do you feel good, are your blood numbers okay?

All of my blood values are excellent -- better in my 40s than they were in my
    20s as a vegetarian🙂

I have to take medication to control an endocrine imbalance and I suspect that
it is the combination of keeping my hormones balanced and not eating any grains
that have made such a huge improvement in all of my test values.

And, I assume, it is within the normal range, is it?

    23% BF -- I wear a size 6/8 depending on the manufacturer.

I am happy for you, and am hoping to be able to maintain my weight
with this diet. I do not want to lose more, my focus is on not
regaining weight without drama and hunger struggles.

Do you limit how much you eat?Are you hungry often?

    i

Within the contraints of my eating plan (no grains, etc.) the only thing that I
limit is chocolate and dairy, otherwise I just eat until satisfied.

When I get hungry it is usually because I got too busy at work to eat.

I don't eat breakfast -- not a choice, I am just not hungry until I have been
up and around for several hours -- except for on Sunday & Monday when I don't
have anything scheduled before noon, so if I don't have time to eat lunch, I am
    RAVENOUS at dinner.
