I can see the pictures but it isn't animated. Is that what you meant?

If you don't see an animated picture, the Java is probably old.
Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Java > Update Tab > Update Now. If you have the latest version, it will tell you immediately - provided you're connected to the internet.
