I know this may sound gross but the best indicator of your fluid
intake is the color of one's urine.

Not to be equally gross, but what colour would that be? Curious minds?

    The lighter/clearer the more hydrated.

I have used a Probenecid and, Probenemid (probenecid w/Colchicine) for
    my gout,
with excellent results over 15 years, until recently. I became
dehydrated and had a minor flareup.
My MD says Allopurinol reduces production of uric acid and may shrink
the actual uric acid deposits.Probenecid helps uric acid excretion.
Staying hydrated, and thinking about Allopurinol.

    Whoops: Not Probenemid, rather ColBenemid.
