Has anyone ever considered getting personalized workouts online?

Of course! I do all my fastest running online. I can run a sub 4
minute mile (online), jump higher (online), lift more weight than
anyone (online), and kick anyone's ass (in real life). So working out
    online just makes perfect sense.

I guess I should have emphasized the "print out and use" portion of the
post. I'm sorry if it wasn't clear that you "received" your workouts
online, but had to actually do them in a gym or at home if you have the
    proper equipment.
