The only problem that I perceived is that it could be very difficult to ride without hands. There is nothing to brace against to while sitting up.
That's common to all nose-less saddles.
OTOH, in the article cited, a police officer is quoted as saying he can do everything with the noseless that he could do with a conventional saddle. Maybe his bike has really low standover and the top tube is filling in for the saddle horn? -- PeteCresswell
