I just discovered that olives are low carb. I looked at a
    can of canned
olives, in one serving, they have 25 calories, 20 calories
    from fat.

    Define "serving", please...

I believe (going by memory) that a serving is 3 large
    olives.

    Three large olives? Three?

I eat more than that right of the trees of a morning when
    they're in season here.

    (It's an acquired taste. ;-))

  3. One pound of black olives has 28 g carb less 14 fiber, net 14, protein 4,
fat 43. One pound of green olives has 6 carb less 5 fiber, net 1, protein
6, fat 58. Green stuffed (I assume with pimientos) 6 less 5, net 1, protein
6, fat 50. A good source of fat.
