have ever seen. I'm not impressed when Shaq dunks. I'm impressed
when 5'3" Mugsy Bogues and 5' 5" Spudd Webb dunks.

Let me help you out here -- you can't change your height.
You can change your weight. Hope that clears things up.

know where people really stand. Folks, I know you all loved it, admit
    it, when I outperformed Donovan

Where ? In your dreams ?

I beat you by over 30 minutes last year.

Your marathon PR is slower than mine by 21 minutes.

Your age graded PR is still slower than mine by over 10 minutes.

Last year at age 31 Donovan went 2 x 1/2M + 19. The truth is Donovan
is not a very "stand up" guy and makes a lot of weak excuses.

Why would *I* make excuses ? I can beat you by over 40 seconds in the mile,
by 30 minutes in the marathon, and my 10k PR is faster than yours by about
6 minutes. In my "retirement", as you put it, I have run mile, 5k and 10k
times that are respectively about 40 seconds, 3 minutes and 6 minutes faster
than what you are capable of.

I'm not sure why you use this formula -- all it does is demonstrate that I
consistently beat you by a wide margin over a wide range of distances. The
margin varies a little but it's quite substantial across the distance
    spectrum.

Today he has explained his peformance due to him being 10-15 .lbs
    overweight. That's what he said, it's documented. Truth?...That's a
lie. This is an example of "pathetic" Donovan. Donovan is a liar.
This is what Donovan looked like 3 weeks before the Marathon

I don't look fat in that picture, but I was about 160 or so in that photo. I'm
about 148 or so now. Compare that with my club champs pic

This is evidence, proof that Donovan is an excuse making liar who
simply is not man enough to concede and admit he got his ass kicked at
26.2, plain and simple. It's clear, it's obvious, it's indisputable.

    Here are the facts:

    Donnie: 2004: 2:58
    Lance: 2004: 3:30
    2003: 3:18

So who got his ass kicked again ... ?

    Donovan at age 31? 2 X 1/2M + 19. That means I have to cut a 3:23.

No, that would be 25 minutes -- or almost a minute per mile slower than my
debut. I suppose at least it's consistent with your other races, where I can
also beat you by about a minute per mile.

If your goal is to have me beat you by consistently by a wide margin over a
wide range of distances, I suppose you're doing pretty well.

and looked to see what the equivalent would be for someone my age...it
    came back 3:09:07.

Can 42 year old Lancelot perform at the level of 31 year old Donovan?
    Whaddaya think?

    I think you're not going to run a 2:58. You won't run a 3:09 either.

Please newsgroup.....when I outpeform Donovan...please never forget his
    words to me

You're obviously having a hard time coping with your injury. And you're going
to make it worse by proceeding with this injury. I feel sorry for you.

I'm taking the high road...and gonna hurt his ass where it counts the
most, on the road with Times,

What, you're actually going to break 3 hours instead of resorting to tables
    and formulas ?

    Cheers,
