Hello all,
I have started today my LC adventure. I did do some in the past and must say I had some results but I did not stick with it for some reason. This time I am serious but need everybody's help and support. 🙂 This is my last chance before surgery.

It may be best to do some serious thinking and figure out what that "some reason" was. That way, you can design things differently this time so that the reason you went off last time won't get you again. Maybe you viewed it as a temporary diet last time, this time think of it as a way of eating for life. Or maybe you let little slips lead to bigger slips and then to outright giving up, which may mean you need to be stricter with yourself than you'd anticipated, and not even allow yourself little slips. Maybe you had some kind of major stress and used that as an excuse to go back to carbs. Whatever it was, figure it out now so it won't trip you up again.
