Ive got a pair of the pedals myself, they should come with a pair of cleats and they seem fine. Its one the only shimaNO part on my bike =)
Im pretty sure ive never heard of these squeaking, mostly its LOOK users that whine about squeaky pedals.

Yep, they come with cleats/screws/etc... As till said "Shipping fixed at $18.99 for any order".. which makes it really decent value when you order a few things.. Going 1/2s or 1/3's with others in the order will make the shipping even better..
