Hey Gags, good timing... I was just going on about how nice the Ultegra

trainer bike and the new toy.. nice and wide, rock sold snap to them.. no
creaks that I've experienced... A$88.87 from ProBikeKit, there is no
place in .au that comes close to that.. at 300g a set they may not be the
lightest pedals around, but going on the 105 540's I've had for a year or

That is a pretty good price.....does it include the cleats?? Also, what
sort of postage rates do they charge for shipping to Oz - I have some
relatives over there so I am wondering if it might be worth me having stuff
shipped to them and then get them to post it via normal postage services.

Thanks to everyone for the feedback.......these could be a goer.

Ive got a pair of the pedals myself, they should come with a pair of cleats and they seem fine. Its one the only shimaNO part on my bike =)

i've got a set of 5.1's, the new look deltas have teflon on the contact

Yep, they come with cleats/screws/etc... As till said "Shipping fixed at
$18.99 for any order".. which makes it really decent value when you order a
few things.. Going 1/2s or 1/3's with others in the order will make the
    shipping even better..
