    You don't have the experience or knowlege to know anything about running,
    jackass. Why don't you shut the hell and actually LISTEN to what others say?
    You can learn a lot and actually be a BETTER runner by reading what those
    who have run MORE than 6 miles a week for years have to say. The best way to
    learn is to listen not be an ignorant braggart.

    newbie. 6 miles a week does not make an experienced runner.
