New hand held device can slow down cars. Korean inventers showed a small keychain size device that can be used by Police, pedestrians and bicycle riders to slow cars to improve safety. Can you use it to slow down other bicycles ? Yes if they are computerized. -- Perre I gave up on SPAM and redirected it to hotmail instead.
