vegetables etc) to boost my energy. I don't nap at all and usually
get about 8 hours sleep. I wake up refreshed and feel fine, but
usually at night - between 6-10 pm, I am so tired and don't want to do
anything. Is there something that I can eat or drink (beside
Caffeine) that will give me a boost? You did not mention exercise. Are you exercising at all? Do you walk or
drive your car for short errands?I found that after adding 4 miles of walking a day, I stopped getting
sleepy after dinner, and feel better overall. I usually go out for a
mile or so walk right after dinner, and have found that it is an
excellent way to perk up.Besides, it is 'all natural' free, with no side effects (just watch
where you walk) and it is a good opportunity to talk to your loved ones.
Indeed. Light exercise is perhaps one of the best therapies of all for
many conditions (and it's great even if you are perfectly healthy). And
it's completely free. (Well, except perhaps for the cost of a good pair
of shoes...)
