Anyone have any sugestion for neck pain relief related to sitting at a computer for pro long period typing papers?

Check you posture, get an ergonomic chair, and, if that does not help, see an occupational therapist for a consult and tell them your problem. My son's new wheelchair was designed by one, and the design corrected his posture problems.
