I'm looking to start lifting to gain stength and mass. The problem is that I have a full-time job and 2 young kids, both of which take up a lot of my time. That means I'm limited to working out either 6:30-7:15am or 8:30+pm. Can anyone recommend one versus the other and why?
Thanks in advance.
Working out in the morning is better for gaining strength, evening is better for muscle mass, but that all really depends on what brand of whey you use.
