well, if you want people to chat with you, i'm betting they're
just what you're looking for. specially if you put on a set of
those "dummy" brake levers. for real world riding, i replaced
mine with a set of scott at4's. you can use them like standard
mtb bars, use both bar end positions and if you're dealing with
a nasty headwind you can tuck your thumbs in the thumbrests,
forearms on the grips and go.
course, they probably don't even make them any more. saw a set
on the bay recently though.
