Yep, same here, two Blacks shops two totally different experiences. One
couldn't have cared less although I was looking a new Berghaus jacket,
indeed I though I was being a nuisance, the other very helpfull (older staff
member!) but didn't have the colour I wanted in stock.
At Snow and Rock in Chertsey I always get good service from seemingly
knowledgeable staff (but they don't stock Berghaus).
However don't go in during the skiing season, it's manic and full of young
lovelies getting this season's colour outfit. :-)
