Any of you humps do this? Maybe adding 1 pound per week to bench press,
squat, etc? I'm about to go this route and feel pretty good about it.

The problem I have with it is that you would be lifting at 100% all the
time. In a trained weight lifter this would be bad. For a newbie its
    probably alright.

This would be done in a hard gainer routine where workouts dont occur too
frequently (2 days a week of a 9 set total body workout, max). Still too
    much?

I don't know, I have never worked out only two days a week. It might
not be too much if only lifting twice a week. If I was working out
twice a week I would probably do workout 1 90% and workout 2 100%. But
then again I would suggest lifting at least 3 times a week even to
people who have labled themselves "hardgainers"

Yeah, I'm just going to try this out for a bit. I'll let you know if it
    works.
