    I have about 2 lbs of blue cheese that's about to expire so I'd thought I'd
    make blue cheese dressing and invite some people over for a Buffalo Wings
    dinner. I'll have a veggie plate (with celery of course) and probably some
    stuffed potato skins.

    Any ideas for other things to put on menu?

    TIA

    No one's questioned why I have 2 lbs of blue cheese in my possession. I
    guess many of you shop Sam's and Costco's occasionally like I do.

    The bad thing about warehouse shopping is that it dictates how I live my
    life for weeks afterward. Now I have to cook everything with blue cheese
    'til it's gone. :-}

    Get some pears. I think that one of the world's great taste combinations
    is
    pear and blue cheese.

    Do you warm this up?

    No need. Just slice up a fresh ripe pear and some blue cheese. Have a bite of
    pear and then a bite of blue cheese. It is heavenly.

    Add to the pear and blue cheese a very thin slice of Smithfield Ham. Heaven
    in your mouth! 🙂

    P.S. Sorry about that, Dave. I hit the wrong button. 🙂
