  1. 10 minutes is enough for hard-boiled. 12 will really guarantee
    hard-boiled.

    Thanks! I've been eating most of my pastured eggs boiled lately and am
    tired of getting some eggs that are very hard to peel. The above is less
    time than what I have been doing.
