  1. Hi Janet,

Congratulations on your first 10 pounds. WTG!!

I weigh every day, in the morning after using the bathroom but before
getting dressed. I know there are times of the month where I'm going
to gain, and I no longer see it as any reason for concern. I know I
stick to low carb, so I don't see ups and downs as a problem. I know
    it's just my body's cycle.

    Hi-
I have been low carbing for 10 full days. I have lost 10 pounds! I am so
    excited.
I was just wondering if any of you know the best time of day to weigh
    yourself.
Just to see I have been weighing myself about 30 minutes after I wake up,
then after I work out (I weigh less then) and also when I get home from work
in the evening (I weigh less than too)
I know I shouldn't weight myself that much, I was just seeing how my weight
changes thru the day. The good thing is I weigh less in the evening than in
    the morning.
When do you guys weigh in? What is the best time of day to do it, so you are
    the most honest with yourself?

  2. Nicole,

I see you are burning up the Robochallenge again. Do you ever count your
calories? I would be curious how low yours must be.

    Congratulations,

    Cubit

  3. Hi Cubit,

Yes, I count every piece of food and every sip of drink that passes my
lips. Have since day one with Fitday. I bought the program eons ago
    and love it.

My calories aren't low, like you think. Some days I get up around
2200. Some days I'm as low as 1600, but not often. I try to hold under
2000 since that's 12 x my current weight, more or less.

I see patterns to my loss. I lose for 2 weeks then level out every
month. It's weird. But I'm ok with that 🙂

And btw... congratulations yourself!! You are soooo close to your goal
weight. You must be totally excited 🙂
