    I found a similar problem with a Dummies low carb book. The author, an
    RD which should probably have been all the warning I needed, called LC
    anything under 100 grams a day and said to eat allt he fruit and
    vegetables and drink all the fruit juice you want without counting it
    towards the 100 gram limit. Needless to say the book got returned.
