    Hey guys,

I'm 19 years old, and up until a couple years ago, I was in great
shape. I played hockey, football and baseball all my life. I've never
been big (I'm about 5'6"😉, but I was always well built.

Two years ago, I separated my shoulder for the first time during a
football game. Over the course of the next year, it happened about
20-30 more times. Anyway, to make a long story short, I got my surgery
in November, and things are pretty much back to normal.

The only problem is, I've lost a ton of weight. All together, I've
probably lost about 30 pounds, maybe more. I started working out again
a while ago (not often, just a couple times a week), but I'm looking for
some advice on how to gain back the lost weight, and maybe add even
    more.

I've been looking into creatine, and I'm interested in trying it. The
problem is, I know nothing about supplements, as I've never tried any.
Anyone know of any kinds that work better than others or anything else I
should try as well? I also looked up N02, and it looks intriguing as
well. Anyone have any experiences with this?

Also, if anyone had any general tips on how to gain muscle as quickly
as possible, I'd be more than happy to hear about it. Thanks.

Deadlift. Squat. Leg press. Chinups. Presses. Eat. Milk. Eggs.
    Meat. Fruit. Vegetables. Sleep.
