Andre - I presently ride with a pair of Diadora Ergos. They have a ratchet
on the topmost "buckle". No slip at all over the course of any length ride
and you can reach right down while riding and either take it up another
notch or push a release button and loosen them in a heartbeat. It's a nice
setup. mto
