  1. John, you should be able to remove the crank and spacers from the other
    side and clamp that side in a vice using a v-block. This is provided the
    drill press has enough clearance for the wheel. If you used antiseize on
    that broken bolt then it should not take alot to remove it. Did you try
    to pick at the broken stud with something sharp or a needle nose plier?
    If not make sure that whom ever tries to remove it uses a left hand
    drill bit so as not to drive it further into the axle and to maybe make
    it come out while drilling it. Othewise they will use a broken screw
    extractor.
