dumbass,
landis wasn't on that team yet (he was still riding for horseteef),
but andreu and another "unnamed" postal rider admitted to using epo,
both in '99 i think.

Kevin Livingston doesn't seem like he has the Alcala constitution to
ever come clean, so I think JV was the "unnamed" rider. You just know
Sideburns is dying to call one of those Bjarne Riis confessional press
conferences. He'll probably wait to do it during the Tour de France to
maximize the flashbulb factor.
